Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at info@metalbird.nl within 10 days of the date of purchase to arrange a refund or exchange. The item must then be returned to us within 21 days of the date of purchase. Return shipping for refund or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

The items must be unused and in the original packaging. If these conditions are not met, the refund or exchange will not be processed. A refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item.

Let us know as soon as the bird has been shipped by sending us an email to info@metalbird.nl . Please include the tracking number so that we can track your return. We will contact you as soon as we have received your return.

Shipping

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS OVER €99

Shipping rates and estimated delivery timeframes are determined at checkout once you enter a valid shipping address. Standard shipping costs for regular-sized packages range between €4.99 up to €14.99 (which is less than what the courier charges us!). As a sample of some shipping rates:

Netherlands: €4.99 | France, Germany, Belgium: €7.99

You can find the shipping rate for where you live by adding your product to cart, checking out and entering your shipping address.

We ship to most countries in Europe, and all shipments are sent by tracked courier and your tracking details will be forwarded to you.

Should you want to ship to a country not available on this site, we encourage you to visit our other websites in UK (.co.uk), USA (.com), Canada (.ca), Australia (.com.au) or New Zealand (.co.nz) for more local shipping options. They also include different ranges of birds local to their country.

International shipping to most countries is offered from our USA site. Please note that the customer is responsible for any international duties or taxes payable on shipped product.
